The 3M™ 5911 P1R pre-filter is ideal for protection against solid and liquid particles. It is particularly useful in situations where the particle filter needs to be replaced more frequently than the gas and vapor filter. As a pre-filter, it is designed to work in combination with filters that do not provide particle protection. It performs the initial particle filtration, followed by the gas and vapor filter completing the filtration process.
